NTEN survey
If you work at a non-profit, you might be able to help the people at NTEN out by doing a survey. I got this message from Bonnie Bogle:

NTEN and the NonProfit Times are conducting research that I thought would be of interest to you and the people who read your blog.
We’re surveying thousands of staff at nonprofits big and small to find out what it takes to make technology work for them and what qualified staff they need. We want to give them, and the entire nonprofit tech community, hard numbers that show how to best invest in technology.

They will release their findings on the same URL.
