Questions out of survey

In the Helpalot survey I ask:

What are other relevant questions in relation to making Helpalot a success in you opinion? Or is there any other feedback you’d like to give?

I like to answer these questions here.

“How about a spot for NPOs, NGOs and other charities to promote themselves or to network together (ie, not just users or donators)”

This means I wasn’t really clear, so I’ll change the short introduction of the survey. It is indeed possible for charities to have a personal page on Helpalot.

Make it international. Include contact details to original charity. Collaborate with other websites (Blogathon etc).”

Helpalot is aiming to work for every charity in the world. On the personal page of the charity it is possible to place information like more details and link to the official charity page.

I’d like to collaborate with other sites. My first priority now is building a test version, I think that would make it more clear to people/potential partners what Helpalot is and how it works.

“Take a look at http://www.care2.com and decide if you want to look like that or not. ;)

That site makes me feel a little lost. I don’t want to be too harsh on them because they are doing a great job, but it feels like they are trying to put a huge amount of functionality in one site. Sometimes less is more.

For example the screenshot I made in my last post will have to be made far more simpler. The focus of Helpalot will be finding your charity. The social networking is not a goal, but a means to provide quality content for others to search for.

If you have the time, please fill in the survey, because it really helps.
